Rules and Regulations (General)
1. Alcohol, drugs, or any kind of illegal substance is strictly prohibited.
2. All riders must attend the morning riders meeting.
3. Riders must always obey the 5mph speed limit in the pits and pit lane.
4. Any reckless riding or stunt riding is prohibited on the race track or in the pit area.
5. Pets are not allowed at all tracks, please check with each event.
6. All riders must follow the specific rules for the riding group which they will be assigned to.
7. All riders must be at least 18 years of age.
8. Riders should have current health insurance coverage. It's not required but highly recommended. New York SportBike Club, LLC. will not be held liable for any personal injuries. All participants must sign a release form before they can enter the facility and before they will be aloud to get on the racetrack.
9. Loud music and any disorderly conduct is prohibited.
We are not a strict club, we just want to run a smooth and fun day for every rider and their spectators. Always remember that the NYSBC is a guest at these track facilities and we need to make a good impression and retain a good relationship.
