PRIVACY POLICY:
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. we will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
SECURITY POLICY
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
WEATHER POLICY
The New York Sportbike Club, LLC. is an all weather club. Meaning, the track events function rain or shine. If a member is concerned with participating in an event in the rain the club does provide “event coverage” and an “all access” level of membership. If it does rain during an event and the participant does not choose to participate, that is the choice of the rider and there will be no refunds. So, if it looks like rain, bring rain gear.
REFUND POLICY
The New York Sportbike Club, LLC. does not issue financial refunds. If there is an issue with a reservation, the club organizers will handle it on case by case basis.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In some cases, if a member wants to cancel a reservation, they may receive a partial credit towards a future event. The amount of credit given is determined by the amount of time left until the event. If the cancellation is within the minimum allowed time before the event there may be no credit given.
BEHAVIOR POLICY
Any inappropriate behavior on the behave of an event participant will result in the exclusion of that participant from the event. In some cases, that participant will be asked to leave the facility. Behavior is also monitored by the track officials. Track officials have less tolerance for poor behavior and will call the police. NJMP policies are governed in part by the New Jersey State Police.
TECH INSPECTION POLICY
If for any reason a participant’s motorcycle does not pass tech inspection and cannot be repaired at the track there will be no refund or credit given. It is important to always check over your motorcycle in advance of the event and prepare it properly.
EVENT COVERAGE
When Event Coverage is purchased for a particular track event it enables the member to reschedule that event credit, for what ever reason, 24 hours prior to the scheduled event. If the member cancels their reservation after the 24 hour prior deadline, the member will loose that event credit or may only get a partial credit. Event coverage is intended for emergency situations, it is not intended to be used for weather related preferences.
Website Pricing
The website pricing is a reflection of the membership status. Non-members will see the normal event pricing listed. After a member's application is approved and they have a username and password they may use it to sign into the website. Once logged in the member will see member pricing for all of the events during the season. All 2009 memberships end on Dec 31, 2009, regardless of when the membership was activated.
The pricing reflected on the website is non-member pricing if you are not logged in as a member. Once logged in all appropriate pricing will change to member pricing. Non-member early registration cost for NJMP events is $215, respectively. Early registration cost for members is $185, respectively. The cost for other events may be different.
The event fee will be good until two weeks prior to the event. After that point there will be a late registration fee of $10 applied to the event cost. After 1 week before the event there will be a late registration fee of $20 applied to the event cost. Also, an additional $10 will be added if you register at the track the day of the event. Late registration fees do not apply to All Access Members.
